A former daycare center manager arrested during a child injury investigation has been arrested for a second time. Alma Garza Enriquez was initially arrested in February after she allegedly failed to provide Edinburg police with video evidence during their investigation into an injury at Grandma’s Daycare.

Those charges were dismissed by the Hidalgo County D.A.’s Office, which cited a lack of evidence in the case. She was arrested again yesterday for failure to report a felony and was given a ten-thousand-dollar bond.
