By Texas Congressman Chip Roy has filed an immigration bill that he has dubbed the “MAMDANI Act.” If passed it would allow for the deportation, denaturalization and denial of entry to any migrant that is a member of a socialist or communist party or advocates for their beliefs. In a statement, the republican asked why the U.S. continues “to import people who hate us?”
