McAllen Nightclub Closes After Judge Grants Restraining Order

A nightclub has closed its doors after a judge granted a temporary restraining order to the City of McAllen. The city sued the Noxx nightclub last week after a single-vehicle crash that killed one person and injured six others. Investigators say the 18-year-old driver was drinking at the nightclub before the deadly crash. A judge granted the temporary restraining order on Wednesday, and the club will remain closed until a hearing on December 17th.
