President Trump is threatening “economic warfare” with Iran. Trump made the comment on Truth Social Wednesday, and said he was launching an “economic D-Day” against the Middle Eastern country.
The President said Iran failed to take the opportunity to make a deal and would now face what he called “economic warfare and isolation on an unprecedented scale.” He also warned that any country that does business with the Islamic Republic would suffer “tremendous economic consequences.”
