(Austin, TX) — President Trump wants Texas to re-draw the political boundaries so Republicans can pick up five seats in Congress. But, is that possible under the newly-released maps?

GOP Strategist Matt Mackowiak says, at the minimum, Republicans will likely take over two districts on the southern border. The map, he thinks, has been drawn in a way to take advantage of a political shift among Hispanic voters.
