Fraud Cases Spike

Scandals in Minnesota have put a spotlight on cracking down on fraud, which seems to be happening everywhere. Experts say it’s only getting worse, thanks to technology.

Rich Johnson with the Insurance Council of Texas says that AI DeepFakes have led to fraud. New numbers from the State Attorney General’s Office show that healthcare fraud is spiking as well. They made more than 120-arrests last year, and collected over 125-mil­lion dollars in the courts
