By Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick is endorsing candidates in a couple of state races. Patrick announced his support on Tuesday for state Senator Mayes Middleton of Galveston in the GOP primary for Texas attorney general. Middleton faces U.S. Representative Chip Roy of Austin in the May 26th runoff.
Patrick also endorsed Railroad Commissioner Jim Wright in his race against challenger Bo French, an energy investor and former Tarrant County GOP chair.
