A Mexican man is pleading guilty to threatening an ICE agent after a raid of a taqueria in San Benito. Forty-six-year-old Anastacio Castillo De Leon entered his guilty plea in U.S. District Court in McAllen yesterday.

Investigators say De Leon threatened the agent in social media messages following last June’s raid. He was reportedly in Mexico at the time, but was arrested when he tried to enter the United States last month.

De Leon pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, which has a maximum sentence of two years in federal prison.
