A suspect in a February double-homicide in Penitas is pleading not guilty to capital murder charges. Pedro Ismael Garcia entered his plea during a court hearing yesterday.

Garcia was one of six suspects arrested after two bodies were found in a burned vehicle earlier this year. Four of the suspects have been charged with capital murder. Prosecutors have not decided if they will seek the death penalty for Garcia.
