A man accused of shooting and killing a neighbor during an argument has been given a two-million-dollar bond. Jose Luis Falcon was arrested on Saturday following a shooting at the intersection of San Benito and Avasolo streets.
Falcon allegedly told police that he shot Edio Estrada, Junior, after he found the man on his property and confronted him. The Texas Rangers are investigating the case due to the suspect’s family relationship with a Rio Grande City police officer.
