A Fort Worth man faces charges after reportedly sending threatening messages to U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico. Billy James McFatridge was arrested on August 25th on a charge of making a terroristic threat towards a public servant.

Investigators say McFatridge sent the threats via social media to the Democratic candidate on two occasions in early August. When state police caught up with McFatridge at his Fort Worth home, he reportedly admitted he had sent the messages to Talarico, but had no intentions of hurting anybody.
