Abbott Places Flood Response On Agenda Of Special Legislative Session

Governor Greg Abbott is adding some flood-related priorities to the agenda of the special legislative session later this month.

The new agenda items involve flood warning systems, emergency communications, and relief funding for flood victims.

Other items on the agenda include property tax relief, border security, eliminating the STAAR test, and regulating hemp products. The special session is scheduled to begin on July 21st.
