A judge has set bail for an ICE agent who is facing several charges in Minnesota. Fifty-two-year-old Christian Castro was arrested last month in Harlingen and was held for extradition on charges that included falsely reporting a crime and assault with a dangerous weapon.

The charges are tied to the January shooting of a Venezuelan man in Minneapolis. A Cameron County judge set his bail at 200-thousand dollars yesterday. Castro has not waived extradition and will be required to report to court in Minnesota if he makes bail.
