A man is facing charges after a deadly hit-and-run crash in Mission. Twenty-nine-year-old Jorge Luis Hernandez Viloria was arrested on Tuesday and charged with collision involving death.
Investigators say Viloria was involved in a crash last Friday at the intersection of La Homa Road and John Street. Mario Alberto Cantu Silva died Sunday from injuries caused by the crash. Viloria is being held pending a 20-thousand-dollar bond.
