By A Houston couple is accused of leaving their six-month-old child unattended on a Florida beach. Forty-year-old Brian Wilks and 37-year-old Sara Wilks have been charged with child neglect.
Witnesses told police the child had been left unattended at Miramar Beach for nearly an hour after the parents took their other children for a walk. Authorities said the baby was in good condition.
