Police are trying to find a man wanted for exposing himself in McAllen. Arrest warrants have been issued for 37-year-old Carlos Agusta Rodriguez.
Investigators say he exposed himself to two different women on North 23rd Street over the last two weeks. Police plan to charge him with two counts of indecent exposure.
