By Congressman Vicente Gonzalez is issuing a warning about cat deaths in a McAllen neighborhood.
A Sunday post on the congressman’s campaign social media page spoke of five dead cats found in the Fox Run subdivision since January. The post went on to say that animal cruelty has no place in civilized society and urged residents to keep their eyes and ears open to catch those responsible.
McAllen’s city manager issued a statement urging anyone who suspects animal abuse to contact McAllen Animal Care.
