A Cameron County woman is pleading guilty to charges connected to taking her daughter out of the United States during a custody battle.
Lilian Maria Crouch admitted to interference with child custody during a court hearing Monday.
Investigators said Crouch took her three-year-old daughter to Mexico, Guatemala, Turkey and Panama to avoid returning her to her father in South Padre Island in 2024. Crouch will be sentenced on June 29th.
