By A Dallas police sergeant is in custody after turning himself in on an evading arrest charge. Authorities say Senior Corporal Joshua Gonzalez surrendered to the Dallas County Jail Tuesday.
Officials have not released details about the incident that led to the charge. Gonzalez has been placed on administrative leave as an investigation continues.
