Investigators have arrested a teen in connection with a McAllen party where alcohol was served to minors. Seventeen-year-old Devin Davila of McAllen was arrested on Wednesday on three misdemeanor charges.
Police began investigating on April 11th after underage drinking was reported in the 18-hundred block of Kingborough Avenue.
The home had been rented through Airbnb, and police cited more than two dozen minors for possession of alcohol. Davila was booked and then released from the Hidalgo County jail on a three-thousand-dollar bond.
